Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
1. Overview
Pep Pushers (“we,” “us,” or the “Network”) takes the privacy of our partners, creators, and visitors seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. By using the Pep Pushers platform or service, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the Network and pay partners accurately.
Account & Identity Information
- Full name — used for your profile, display name, and payout records.
- Email address — used for login, account communications, and payout coordination.
- Phone number — collected optionally for account support.
Payout & Payment Handles
- Cash App tag, Venmo handle, Zelle email or phone — used solely for processing commission payouts. We do not store full payment-account credentials or card numbers.
Social & Creator Profile Data
- Social handle — your primary content handle (e.g., @yourname on TikTok or Instagram).
- Platform and follower count — used to route appropriate brand placements and track attribution.
Usage & Technical Data
- IP addresses, browser type, and session metadata — used for security, fraud detection, and platform analytics.
- Click-through data and conversion events associated with your affiliate links and discount codes — used to calculate and record commissions.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your partner account.
- To generate and track your affiliate links and discount codes.
- To calculate commissions and process payouts through peer-to-peer payment apps (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle).
- To route brand placements to your account based on your content profile.
- To send account-related communications (e.g., commission summaries, platform updates, compliance notices).
- To investigate compliance violations, fraud, or disputes.
- To comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising to third parties or sell your data to data brokers.
4. Who We Share Your Information With
- Brand partners and program administrators — brands placed in your account receive your display name, handle, and referral code so they can attribute sales to you. They do not receive your payment handles or contact information unless required to process a direct payout.
- Payment processors and peer-to-peer apps — when we initiate a payout, your payment handle is shared with the relevant service (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle) as necessary to complete the transfer.
- Infrastructure providers — we use Supabase for database hosting and Vercel for deployment. These providers process data under their own security and privacy commitments. Data is stored in the United States.
- Law enforcement and legal process — we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Pep Pushers, our partners, or the public.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to resolve disputes, process final payouts, and comply with legal obligations. Commission records and conversion data are kept for a minimum of three (3) years to support tax reporting and audit requirements. You may request deletion of personal data (see Section 6), but we may retain certain records where required by law or legitimate business need.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — request that inaccurate or incomplete information be corrected.
- Deletion — request that your personal information be deleted, subject to our legal retention obligations.
- Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to certain processing activities.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@peppushers.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data storage, role-based access controls, and secure authentication. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to or intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
